The YearOne flush mount flares were fitted with some minor modification.  The holes in the fender were drilled slightly over-sized and the flare’s fiberglass edge trimmed to fit.  With a couple hours work the fit is ok.  A little more work and these should be looking good.

Both side view mirrors were sanded and painted.  A gold stripe to match the fender lettering was painted on the fender vent.  The square mesh screen in the vents were replaced with honey-comb style mesh from McmasterCarr and painted to match.  The gold accents in the vents really pop against the black.   Very pleased how these turned out.

The bumper cover was fitted and looks decent.  A little more adjustment and it should be good to go.

The front bumper cover is almost ready to go back on.  The head light panel components were blasted, shot with etching primer, followed by a couple coats of Sem’s Rust Shield satin black.

The rear bumper and side marker lights were installed.  New bumper reinforcement clips were sourced from Ebay.  The next project will be disassembling and restoring the original tail light assemblies.
