Orange Peel

A serious amount of orange peel can be seen in the first picture below. In this case it was the result of spraying in a low light environment. Without proper lighting it’s difficult to ensure you get enough paint build up such that it self levels but not so much that it causes runs. Fortunately, much of this can be fixed with enough time and sand paper. ┬áThe panel was lightly sanded with 1500 grit paper and buffed. This process was repeated three times to smooth the surface.
